Overview

Near real-time alerts via Trackers (both products) and Geo Alerts (GEO).

Main Content

• Trackers (GTM & GEO): get alerts on new/changed events, companies, people, participation updates.

• Geo Alerts (GEO): disaster/weather/policy alerts with severity and affected zones.

• Delivery: in-app + email; frequency configurable (instant/digest).

• Latency: depends on source; critical fields prioritized; most changes within hours of detection.

Steps

1. Create a Tracker (event/company/people/location).

2. Click Notifications → choose Instant or Daily/Weekly digest.

3. (GEO) Enable Geo Alerts for regions of interest.

4. Test with a small scope; expand once tuned.

Tips

• Keep trackers specific (fewer false positives).

• Use digest for broad monitors; instant for must-know.

• Pair alerts with Coordinate for quick internal follow-up.
