Overview

High, continuously refreshed, and transparently flagged when confidence varies. Our data engine has been built on top of 15 years of refinement. From catching fakes, mapping duplicates, verifying for authenticity, our engine is continuously improved to be the main source of global event intelligence.

Brief Overview of our Data:

  • Multi-source: official event sites, venue calendars, partner feeds, programmatic crawl, human QA.

  • Enrichment: AI-based entity resolution + dedupe; confidence scoring on dates, venue, participation.

  • Timeliness: daily refresh; high-signal changes (date/venue/status) prioritized.

  • Predictive fields (GEO): predicted attendance, inbound %, international %, economic impact-modelled with error bounds.

  • Transparency: “Last updated” stamps; status notes (confirmed/forecasted/TBC).

Steps

  1. Open any event/company/person page → check Last updated.

  2. For GEO metrics → hover info icon for definition + modelling note.

  3. If a critical field looks wrong → Report an issue from the page.

  4. Create a Tracker to be auto-notified when data changes.

Tips

  • Treat forecasted items as directional for planning; confirm before purchase commitments.

  • For bid/RFP work, export along with updated-on to keep audit trails.

  • Use cross-verification: event page ↔ venue page ↔ organiser domain.
