Coordinate Alerts

Coordinate alerts notify you when events inside your Coordinate workspace are updated or when team members take action.

• Event status changes (e.g., bookmarked, moved to outreach)

• Team activity (notes, assignments, updates)

• Meeting reminders linked to Coordinate

• Saved event critical change (date, venue, exhibitor/speaker list)

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Notifications → Coordinate

2. Toggle event status / team activity / meeting reminders

3. Choose email, in-app, or both

Tips

• Keep team activity alerts on if collaborating

• Use meeting reminders to avoid missing important calls
