Overview
Coordinate is WHR.AI’s built-in collaboration tool for aligning your team around events, leads, and opportunities. It allow you to save an event and tag it based on your event focus (participate in events or prospect event).
Functionalities (both individual & team)
- As an individual, it allows a user to save, segment the events of interest
- Write an keep all notes in one place
- Unlock custom fields to add more event content (similar to adding a new column/field on an excel)
- Ask questions using in-built AI, to get deeper information
- Get notification and updates in the discussion feed (with WHR AI bot)
Additional Functionalities as a team:
- Track who else is interested in an event
- Allow everyone in the team to know which events are being considered
- Allow different team members to share their interest in the same event
- Manage event decision making, regarding selecting or dropping an event
- Shortlist an event from coordinate to move to "outreach" incase of event participation (approved event)
- Get notification for any new notes from the team on the event or system updates
Steps
Open an event, company, or person profile.
Click Coordinate in the action menu.
Add notes, tags, or assign tasks to team members.
Optionally, attach documents or custom enrichment fields.
Tips
Keep a shared note for each major event to track discussions.
Use Coordinate alongside Trackers to manage outreach efforts.
Review Coordinate entries before weekly team meetings.
