How do I search for people speaking at events?

WHR helps you find the right people behind events — whether you want to connect with attendees, speakers, or decision-makers.


How/ Who can use this:

- for companies - identify experts by topic, speaking at event

- for companies - identify experts at competing companies and how they trying to influence 

- for organisers - identify potential speakers by topic

- for b2b media - identify potential speakers for podcasts and advocacy


Steps

  1. Go to Search → People.

  2. Enter a name (optional).

  3. Apply filters:

    • Job Function (sales, marketing, research, etc).

    • Seniority (CXO, Director, Manager).

    • Industry / Category.

    • Participation Type (attendee, exhibitor, speaker, sponsor).

    • Event filters (region, size, type, industry).

  4. View enriched profiles with event history.


Tips

  • Combine seniority + participation type to find key speakers.

  • Bookmark people to plan outreach.

  • Save people to trackers to find events

  • Export lists (tokens apply) for CRM or sales workflows.
