How to Create and Use Trackers as a Supplier

Setting up Trackers in WHR is simple and powerful for suppliers.


Steps:

  1. Search once – filter by city, venue, industry, or date range.

  2. Save as Tracker – give it a clear name (e.g. “All Bangalore Events” or “Tech Exhibitors Coming to Dubai”).

  3. Get alerts – WHR updates your Tracker automatically whenever new matching events are added.

  4. Share with team – sales teams can align on the same Tracker, so no event lead gets missed.

  5. Act quickly – once alerted, decide whether to pitch services, prepare proposals, or allocate resources.


Examples:

  • A logistics company sets a Tracker for “Exhibitions in Mumbai” to capture every opportunity in their city.

  • A booth design firm creates a Tracker for “German companies exhibiting in Asia” to target outbound clients.
