Overview
WHR.AI accounts are designed for business use. Signing up with a business email ensures you get the right data access and support. Incase you are a freelancer/ Individual, while we have made provision for usage without a business account, however, WHR is designed for companies looking to participate in events (exhibiting, sponsoring, speakering), hosting events or supplying to events.


Steps to Sign Up

  1. Go to whr.ai/signup.

  2. Enter your business email address (e.g., yourname@company.com).

    • Tip: Avoid personal domains like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook for faster approval.

  3. Create a strong password (8+ characters, with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).

  4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  5. Click Sign Up.

  6. Check your inbox for a verification email from WHR.AI.

    • If not received within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or click Resend Verification.

  7. Click the verification link to activate your account.

  8. Select your 'usecase'/ 'persona' to personalize the experience



Next Steps
Once verified, you’ll be directed to your onboarding dashboard to set up your first search or tracker.
