How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

You can change your subscription at any time if your business needs evolve.

  • Upgrade: Get more features, tokens, and team access.

  • Downgrade: Switch to a smaller plan at the next billing cycle.

  • Changes apply immediately for upgrades, and at the end of the billing period for downgrades.

  • Note: there is no option for 'pausing' a plan in the middle


Steps ( Here is a short video explainer.

  1. Go to Subscription in settings.

  2. Select Change Plan.

  3. Pick your new plan.

  4. Confirm.



Tips

  • If upgrading mid-cycle, your account will be prorated.

  • For downgrades, export any extra data before cycle ends.

  • Contact support for enterprise plans or custom SLAs.
