Can I switch between GEO and GTM with one Subscription

Overview

WHR.AI offers two distinct products: GTM and GEO. While both are built on the same intelligence backbone, they serve very different purposes. Because of this, subscriptions are kept separate to unlock the right features and ensure that each user gets the most relevant experience.

WHR GTM (Go-to-Market Intelligence)

  • Designed for business events.

  • Helps participants, suppliers, and organisers identify where to exhibit, sponsor, or attend.

  • Unlocks tools like Outreach, Promote, Trends, Trackers, and advanced company/people search.

WHR GEO (Geographic Demand Intelligence)

  • Designed for all events that impact local demand — including festivals, concerts, sports, politics, and community gatherings.

  • Unlocks tools for geography-based demand signals, cross-sector impact analytics, and hospitality/retail demand tracking.

Subscription Rules

  • A GTM subscription does not give access to GEO, and vice versa.

  • Users can absolutely create an account on both products.

  • Each product requires a separate subscription to unlock its feature set.

  • This separation ensures that the intelligence, analytics, and features you see are directly aligned with your use case.

Steps (If You Need Both)

  1. Decide whether your primary focus is business participation (GTM) or geographic demand (GEO).

  2. Sign up for the product most relevant to your immediate needs.

  3. If your business requires both sets of insights, create an account on each product.

  4. Manage subscriptions separately for billing and feature access.

  5. Coordinate across teams — some may use GTM for participation planning, others may use GEO for demand forecasting.

Tips

  • If you’re in marketing, sales, or event planning, start with GTM.

  • If you’re in hospitality, retail, real estate, or event services, start with GEO.

  • Many enterprise clients choose to subscribe to both products for a full 360° view: GTM for global participation strategy + GEO for local demand signals.
