How do notes, files, and custom fields work in Coordinate?

Coordinate lets you add context and resources directly into your saved events.

  • Notes: Add thoughts, questions, or decisions. All teammates can view and edit.

  • Files: Upload sales decks, contracts, or PDFs. Files are stored securely in WHR. You can also add links, which get saved as notes.

  • Custom fields: Admins can create fields like “Budget,” “Goal,” or “estimated leads" to make decision-making structured.

  • All coordinate data can be exported as a csv file


Tips

  • Use notes as running conversations, not scattered emails.

  • Use custom fields to create filters for better reporting later.
