How to Invite Team Members to WHR

Overview

WHR allows you to invite colleagues so teams can collaborate seamlessly.

  • Each subscription supports multiple seats depending on the plan.

  • Invited members join with Member access by default.

  • Admin can reassign roles later.


(Note: if you need to include an external partner, like a media agency, and dont want to give them full access, you can share just access for sections like: coordinate / trackers)


Steps

  1. Log in to WHR.

  2. Go to Account → Team Management.

  3. Click Invite Member.

  4. Enter their work email.

  5. Assign role (Admin/Member).

  6. Send invite.

Tips

  • Use work emails for security and tracking.

  • Revoke access promptly when someone leaves the team.

  • Keep one or two Admins only, to avoid confusion.
