Overview
WHR allows you to invite colleagues so teams can collaborate seamlessly.
Each subscription supports multiple seats depending on the plan.
Invited members join with Member access by default.
Admin can reassign roles later.
(Note: if you need to include an external partner, like a media agency, and dont want to give them full access, you can share just access for sections like: coordinate / trackers)
Steps
Log in to WHR.
Go to Account → Team Management.
Click Invite Member.
Enter their work email.
Assign role (Admin/Member).
Send invite.
Tips
Use work emails for security and tracking.
Revoke access promptly when someone leaves the team.
Keep one or two Admins only, to avoid confusion.
