What happens if there’s suspicious activity on my account

If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on your account, WHR takes immediate action to protect you.

  • You will be notified by email if we detect suspicious logins or usage.

  • Our system automatically flags abnormal patterns (e.g., repeated failed logins).

  • In some cases, we may temporarily lock the account until verified.


Steps if You Receive a Security Alert

  1. Review the email notification carefully.

  2. If it wasn’t you, contact WHR Support immediately.

  3. WHR will investigate and reset your account access if necessary.


Tips

  • Do not share your login email/phone.

  • Save Trackers instead of sharing raw searches.

  • Contact us immediately if anything feels off.
