How do I save and manage events in Coordinate?

You can move any event from search results or trackers into Coordinate with a single click. Once in Coordinate, events can be:

  • Saved → for discussion and review

  • Shortlisted (by admin) → flagged for serious participation

  • Denied → closed out after discussion

Each event in Coordinate has live updates, so you always see the latest details without re-searching.


When saving an event, WHR provides a dropdown of status, to better funnel your saved into. You can change these status/ stages from settings, but WHR comes with the following out of the box:


> Status under WHR GTM, is as per participation goal: attend, exhibit, sponsor, speak, bookmark

> Status under WHR GRO, is as per event prospecting goal: hot, warm, cold, bookmark


Steps

  1. From a search result or tracker, click Save to Coordinate.

  2. Open Coordinate from your sidebar to see all saved events.

  3. Add notes, files, or assign a team owner for each event.

  4. Admins can change the status from saved → shortlisted → outreach.


Tips

  • Use custom fields to tag events (budget, priority, etc.).

  • Coordinate keeps past event seasons, so nothing gets lost.
