Overview
Searching for events is the core of WHR.AI’s functionality. Whether you’re using GTM (industry-focused) or GEO (location-focused), the search engine helps you quickly find relevant events.

Steps

  1. Go to the Search tab from your dashboard. By default you are on event sub-tab

  2. Use the basic & advance filters as per your goals (industry, event name, location).

  3. Apply filters:

    • GTM: focus is on industry, participation type, competitor/customer filters.

    • GEO: focus is on city, venue, date range, event type (business/non-business).

  4. Sort results by date, relevance, popularity

  5. Use the different view as convenient:

    1. List View - see it like an excel sheet table format. Useful if you want to see mutliple advance fields

    2. Card View - More concise, visually cleaner format

    3. Map View - See the event on a map, if location matters. Zoom in as needed

    4. Calendar View - If month-wise is your preferred format, us this view

  6. Click an event name to open its full details page.

  7. Or, use the smart action option to select the relevant status

    1. GTM Default - mark interest in event to attend, exhibit, speak, sponsor or simply bookmark

    2. GEO Default - shortlist event by important - hot, warm, cold or simply bookmark

(Note: smart action drop down can be customized from settings)

Tips

  • Save your search as a Tracker for automatic updates.

  • Use multiple keywords for better targeting.

  • Bookmark high-value events for easy access later.

  • Change 'smart action' tags from settings, if default doesnt match your requirement
