Does WHR provide attendee lists?

Overview

No raw attendee dumps. We provide intelligence and signals, not scraped contact lists. If anyone besides the organiser claims to provide your attendee list, take it with a grain of salt. There are many scammy data peddlers. 

Some claim to have attendee list, but its usually leaked last year data, at best. However, as a conscious decision, we do not gather such unauthorised data. 

Main points to consider:

• We don’t sell/share bulk attendee emails

• What you do get:

  • Participation signals (exhibiting, sponsoring, speaking, attending where detectable).

  • Exhibitor/sponsor lists when public/licensed.

  • People intelligence (speakers/decision-makers) where public.

  • People who have shown interest in attending events (via partner platforms)

  • Social signals for people/ companies who have publicly posted about their event interest

• Outreach: direct messaging to relevant contacts via WHR/10Times delivery or contact information where its been sourced with right permissions

Steps

1. Find event → open Participants/Companies/People tabs.

2. Add relevant entities to Trackers.

3. Use Outreach to message contacts directly (no cold-email dump).

4. Sync selected leads to CRM if your plan allows.

Tips

• Filter by role (speaker/exhibitor/sponsor) for targeted lists.

• Use Promote/Listener (GTM) to find peers and book meetings.

• Respect opt-in; higher reply rates come from context-rich messages.
