Outreach is the next stage after events are shortlisted in Coordinate.
In WHR GTM: Outreach is used to contact organisers to secure speaking slots, sponsorships, or participation.
In WHR GEO: Outreach helps suppliers pitch services to organisers.
Only admins can move events from Coordinate → Outreach. Once moved, the event is flagged as “ready for action,” and outreach workflows begin.
Tips
Use Coordinate for internal planning; only move to Outreach when your team is aligned.
Outreach is designed to integrate with your team workflow inside WHR.
