How do I reset or change my password?

Overview

WHR uses OTP-based login instead of traditional passwords. Every time you log in, a secure One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to your registered email. This ensures fast, simple, and safe access without managing passwords.

• No passwords needed: WHR does not require you to set or remember a password.

• Login method: Enter your registered email → receive a unique OTP → enter OTP → access granted.

• OTP validity: Each OTP expires in a few minutes for security.

• Multiple devices: You can log in from any device by repeating the OTP flow.

• Troubleshooting: If you don’t receive an OTP, check spam/junk or request a resend.

Steps

1. Go to gtm.whr.ai (for GTM) or geo.whr.ai (for GEO).

2. Click Login.

3. Enter your registered email ID.

4. Check your inbox for a 6-digit OTP.

5. Enter the OTP in the app to access your account.

Tips

• Always use your work email for login, especially for team accounts.

• Mark WHR emails as “Not Spam” to avoid missing OTPs.

• If your email domain has strict security filters, whitelist WHR’s sender domain with your IT team.

• For faster access, keep your email open on desktop or mobile when logging in.
