WHR uses Search Tokens to measure data usage. Every time you access live, enriched data (events, companies, people), tokens are deducted. If tokens run out, you can still search in Basic Mode (light version, free quota).

Search Modes

When Tokens Are Used
Search results → each row = 1 token
Detail pages → each event, company, or person profile = 1 token
Trackers → free to save, but viewing results = tokens used
Exports (CSV/API) → each entry = 1 token
Bookmarks / Coordinate / Outreach → no tokens used
Team Usage Policy
Tokens are shared across the team.
If multiple teammates run the same search separately → tokens are deducted each time.
Best practice: save searches as Trackers so the whole team can open results without re-charging.
