Token Policy for Teams

In team accounts, tokens are shared across users. Every new view counts as a new usage.

• If teammates run the same search separately → tokens are deducted each time.

• The only way to avoid duplicate usage is to save the search as a Tracker.

• Tracker results can then be accessed by everyone without re-charging tokens.

• Additionally, saved/ bookmarked event can be seen across team members. It does not charge additional tokens
  

Steps

1. Create a Tracker for common searches.

2. Share the Tracker link with teammates.

3. Everyone can view the Tracker without repeating the search.

Tips

• Educate your team to always use Trackers.

• Monitor shared token usage in the dashboard.
