How do I use company search?

WHR lets you discover companies that are actively involved in events worldwide — whether they are exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, or organisers.

How can you use this data:

a. for companies - Identify & tracker competitors

b. for event organisers - track customers or find new ones

c. for b2b media - find potential sponsors & advertisers

Steps

1. Go to Search → Companies.

2. Enter a company name (optional).

3. Apply filters:

   • Industry / Category (e.g., Healthcare, FinTech).

   • Location (city, country, region).

   • Company Size (startups, SMBs, large enterprises).

   • Company Type (NGO, association, listed company, etc).

   • Event participation type (exhibit, sponsor, speak, organise).

   • Event filters (region, size, type, industry).

4. Results show companies with upcoming or past event activity.

Tips

• Use Upcoming Events filter to identify active players.

• Use Total Events filter to measure long-term commitment.

• Save searches as a Tracker to monitor new company entries.
