Using WHR for Pre-Planning Your Event Engagement

Pre-planning ensures your event participation translates into actual results. WHR helps companies organize what to share, when to share, and whom to invite.

Pre-plan in WHR covers:

  • Sharing event participation internally (via Coordinate + Promote)
  • Publishing event details on your website and social media
  • Sending invites to targeted prospects
  • Collecting meeting interest via WHR RSVP forms
  • Tracking engagement metrics (views, clicks, RSVPs)

Think of it as the bridge between shortlisting events (Coordinate) and executing them (Outreach + onsite activities).

Steps

  1. Save the event in Coordinate.

  2. Switch to Promote tab to create landing page and invites.

  3. Share links internally and with target prospects.

  4. Track RSVPs and update planning notes.

Tips

  • Tag internal sales reps to specific RSVP forms so they own follow-ups.

  • Use WHR trends to see if the event aligns with your target audience before investing in promotion.

  • Plan promotion timelines backward from the event date.
