How to Give External Partners Limited Access

Overview
Sometimes you may need to collaborate with external partners like media agencies or consultants. Instead of giving them full access to your WHR account, you can restrict access to specific sections such as Coordinate or Trackers.

WHR allows flexible sharing so partners can contribute without accessing sensitive data. External partners only see what you choose to share, keeping ownership and control with you.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Team & Access.

2. Select Add Partner.

3. Choose the section (Coordinate, Trackers, or both).

4. Define their role (Editor or Viewer).

5. Confirm and send invite.

Tips

• Use Viewer mode for one-time audits or reviews.

• Revoke access once the project ends to keep your account clean.
