Overview
Agencies often work with multiple clients, each having unique branding, requirements, and event strategies. WHR provides two approaches: creating separate accounts per client or using one agency account and treating clients as internal projects.

  • Separate Accounts (recommended): Each client gets its own WHR account, ensuring data is isolated and tailored to their brief. Agency can continue to have access to each account.

  • Single Agency Account: Manage all clients internally as projects. Clients don’t log into WHR — instead, you export and share reports from Coordinate and Trackers.

Steps

  1. Decide whether the client requires direct access.

  2. If yes → create a separate WHR account for the client.

  3. If no → set up client as a project inside your agency account.

  4. Use Export Reports to share insights externally.

Tips

  • Use separate accounts for large or ongoing clients.

  • Use the project approach for short-term or small clients.

  • Keep branding aligned by customizing exported reports before sharing.
