How Enterprises with Subsidiaries or Regions Can Use WHR

Overview
Large companies often operate across multiple regions or subsidiaries. WHR makes it easy to maintain separate accounts for each while allowing central oversight through a single dashboard.

Each subsidiary/department/region can run its own WHR account with local data and event intelligence. A central decision-maker (like a CMO) can oversee all accounts in one view, ensuring coordination without interfering in local operations.

This allows a large company to coordinate better without cluttering or making the dashboard, intelligence, actions around events noisy and confusing. To decide, consider the frequency of event participation, which needs need to be aligned.

Steps

  1. Create separate accounts for each region, department or subsidiary

  2. Link them under a central Enterprise Admin Dashboard.

  3. Assign a local admin for each subsidiary.

  4. Use cross-account reporting for consolidated intelligence.

Tips

  • Use local accounts for precise intelligence (regional events, local suppliers).

  • The central dashboard is best for budget allocation and global strategy.

  • Keep note-taking consistent across all subsidiaries for easier comparison.
