Not every action costs tokens. Creating and organising is free; opening data is what you pay for.
What costs tokens:
- Advanced Search results — 1 token per row (event, company or person)
- Profiles — 1 token to open an event, company or person
- Tracker results — 1 token per row when you open them
- Exports — 1 token for each record, for each data stack you include. A data stack is a group of columns, such as Organiser Contact.
What is free:
- Basic Search — results are free, up to a daily limit
- Trackers — creating and saving one costs nothing
- Bookmarks — saving an event for later
- Coordinate — your shortlist and team notes
- Outreach — organiser conversations
TIPS
- Save a search as a Tracker instead of running it again.
- Bookmark events rather than searching for them a second time.
- Browse in Basic Search while you narrow down, then switch to Advanced once you know which records you want.
- Contact credits are a separate balance. None of the actions above spend them.
