Each plan comes with a monthly allowance of Advance tokens. If the allowance runs out you are not locked out — you continue in Basic Search on a limited daily quota until the month resets.

Contact credits and user seats
Contact credits are a separate balance from your tokens. They are used to reveal an organiser or person’s contact details: the email address and the phone number. User seats are the number of people who can use the account. For the full difference between the two balances, see Tokens vs Contact Credits.

Where to see your balance:
Click your profile icon in the sidebar, open Subscription, and go to the Token Usage section. Your Advance tokens and your contact credits are shown there as separate balances.
If you need more:
Buy a top-up pack, or move to a plan with a larger monthly allowance.
TIPS
- Basic Search is always available, so running out of tokens never stops your work.
- Check your balance before a big export or tracker run, not after.
