What Are WHR Search Tokens

Search Tokens are WHR’s way of measuring data usage. Anytime you access enriched event, company, or people data, tokens are consumed.

Tokens act as a meter for live database usage:

  • Advanced Search: every row (event, company, person) = 1 token

  • Detail Page: opening an event, company, or person profile = 1 token

  • Trackers: free to create, but viewing results = tokens used

  • Exports: every exported entry = 1 token

  • Bookmarks, Coordinate, Outreach: free (no tokens used)

Think of tokens like your data plan: high-speed usage gets counted, but you always have a lighter backup mode.

Steps

  1. Run a search in Advanced mode.

  2. Review results (each row deducts tokens).

  3. Save a search as a Tracker (no tokens yet).

  4. Open the Tracker results (tokens deducted per row).

  5. Bookmark or move to Coordinate/Outreach without using tokens.

Tips

  • Use Trackers to avoid repeating searches.

  • Reserve Advanced mode for detailed analysis.

  • Use Bookmarks/Coordinate to save tokens.
