Contact credits and Advance tokens are two separate balances. A credit pack adds no tokens, and a token pack adds no credits — buy whichever you are short of, or both.
Where to buy:
- Click your profile icon in the sidebar.
- Open Subscription.
- Go to the Token Usage section.
- Choose a pack and confirm.
Your new balance is available immediately.
Contact credit packs:

If you don’t see the option:
Packs can only be bought while a paid subscription is active. If your plan has lapsed, restart it and the option reappears. Need more than the packs cover? Get in touch and we will sort it.
