What are Trackers in WHR?

Trackers in WHR let you go beyond one-time searches. Instead of manually checking again and again, you can create trackers that continuously monitor events, companies, people, and locations that matter to you. Think of them as automated watchlists that surface new signals in real time.

Types of Trackers

WHR provides two kinds of trackers:

  1. Saved Search Trackers

    • Any search you run (companies, people, events) can be saved as a tracker.

    • These trackers update automatically when new matches appear.

    • Example: Save a search for “Fintech conferences in Europe, 2025” and get notified when new ones are added.

  2. Custom Trackers

    • These are pre-built advanced filters that focus on specific intelligence use cases.

    • They can be combined with basic filters like industry, location, date range, event type to narrow results further.

    • Example: Use a Competitor Tracker + add location = track where your competitors are exhibiting in Asia.

Tips:

  • Play with basic search, save what you want as trackers
  • Use your company domain, allow system to create automated trackers to get your setup
  • Manually select some track template, add some input (e.g: company names) or upload list
  • Make atleast one tracker across different types
  • More trackers allow system to identify the best matching events for you across various dimensions
