What is Outreach in WHR?

Outreach is where shortlisted events move for execution. It’s the place to manage organiser communication, keep notes, and track negotiation status until you confirm (or drop) participation.

  • Built for event participants (companies/exhibitors).

  • Coordinate = internal evaluation. Outreach = external action with organisers.

  • Centralises organiser details, notes, files, and status so nothing is scattered in email or spreadsheets.

  • History stays intact across seasons for faster repeat decisions.

  • Coming soon: unified organiser messaging and concierge follow-ups.

Steps

  1. In Coordinate, Admin sets status to Shortlisted → event appears in Outreach.

  2. Open the event in Outreach → view organiser profile and contacts.

  3. Add notes/files; log discussion outcomes.

  4. Move stages as talks progress (In discussion → Pending → Closed).

Tips

  • Don’t move half-baked events into Outreach—align in Coordinate first.

  • Keep notes crisp so anyone can pick up the thread.

  • Review the Outreach board weekly to avoid stalls.
