Steps
In Coordinate, Admin sets status to Shortlisted → event appears in Outreach.
Open the event in Outreach → view organiser profile and contacts.
Add notes/files; log discussion outcomes.
Move stages as talks progress (In discussion → Pending → Closed).
Tips
Don’t move half-baked events into Outreach—align in Coordinate first.
Keep notes crisp so anyone can pick up the thread.
Review the Outreach board weekly to avoid stalls.
