How do I keep organiser communication in one place?

Outreach becomes your single source of truth for organiser communication—no more ping-pong across email, spreadsheets, and chats.

  • Log call notes, email outcomes, meeting updates right on the event.

  • Upload files (proposals, contracts) to the event record; links can be added as notes.

  • Everyone sees the same thread, with history preserved for future cycles.

  • Notifications (email/in-app) fire based on your settings when updates happen.


Steps

  1. Open the event in Outreach.

  2. Use Notes to log every interaction (who/what/when/next step).

  3. Upload files (or paste links as notes).

  4. Toggle notifications if you want alerts on changes.


Tips

  • Start notes with a verb: “Sent proposal v2,” “Awaiting revised quote,” “Confirm booth size.”

  • One event, one thread—don’t split conversations across tools.

  • Before re-engaging an organiser next season, skim the history first.
