Exporting People Data & Token Usage

WHR allows exporting person-level intelligence from Trackers, Coordinate, or via Custom Requests. Just like with company and event data, people exports follow the stack and token system. The goal is to provide targeted insights while encouraging most workflows to stay inside WHR.

How People Export Works

Export Sources

• Trackers – Export all people in a tracker, or only new since last export.

• Coordinate – Export shortlisted people with notes and statuses.

• Custom Requests – Tailored exports available (always token-based).

Stacks & Tokens

People exports are divided into a mandatory basic stack and an optional advanced stack:

Basic (mandatory – 1 token per record)

• Person Name

• Person Company

• Person City

• Person Country

• Events Associated

• Event Frequency

• Event Format Focus

Advance (optional – +1 token per record)

• Event Activeness

• Event Key Country

• Event Primary Category

• Participation Zone

• Contact Email

Rules:

• Exporting only Basic = 1 token per record

• Exporting Basic + Advance = 2 tokens per record

• If an advanced field has no data for a record, that token is not charged

Steps to Export People Data

1. Open your Tracker or Coordinate list with people.

2. Click Export.

3. Choose export type:

   • Export all people

   • Export only new since last download

4. Select stacks you need:

   • Basic (mandatory)

   • Advance (optional)

5. Confirm export.

   • Token usage is shown before confirmation

   • Download link appears in your export history

Tips & Best Practices

• Use Trackers to automatically keep people lists updated, instead of frequent bulk exports.

• Export only the stacks you need to minimize token use.

• For very large requests (100k+ tokens), contact help@whr.ai.

• Custom requests are always token-based; pricing depends on the fields required.

• Past exports are stored for easy re-download.

• Exports contain only available data — missing fields do not consume tokens.
