Exporting Companies Data & Token Usage

WHR allows exporting company-level intelligence when needed — directly from Coordinate, or via Custom Requests (or API). Company exports follow the stack and token system, ensuring flexibility in how much detail you take out. As with events, WHR works best when used directly inside the platform. Exports are mainly for integration or offline reference.

How Company Export Works

Export Sources

• Trackers – Export all companies in a tracker, or only new since last export.

• Coordinate – Export shortlisted companies with notes and statuses.

• Custom Requests – Get tailored exports (always token-based).

Stacks & Tokens

Company exports are divided into mandatory basic stack and optional advanced stack:

Basic (mandatory – 1 token per record)

• Company Name

• Company Country

• Company City

• Events Associated

• Company Category

• About

• Event Participation Type

Advance (optional – +1 token per record)

• Event Primary Category

• Event Format Focus

• Event Activeness

• Event Frequency

• Event Key Country

• Company POC

• POC Email

• Company Website

• Participation Zone

Rules:

• Exporting only Basic = 1 token per record

• Exporting Basic + Advance = 2 tokens per record

• If an advanced field has no data for a record, tokens for that field are not charged

Steps to Export Company Data

1. Open your Tracker or Coordinate list with companies.

2. Click Export.

3. Choose export type:

   • Export all companies

   • Export only new since last download

4. Select stacks you need:

   • Basic (mandatory)

   • Advance (optional)

5. Confirm export.

   • Token usage is shown before confirmation

   • Download link appears in your export history

Tips & Best Practices

• Use Trackers to keep companies updated automatically, instead of re-exporting in bulk.

• Export only the stacks you need to optimize token use.

• For large needs (100k+ tokens), email help@whr.ai.

• Custom requests are always token-based and priced depending on fields required.

• Past exports are saved for easy re-download.

• Exports contain only available data — missing fields do not consume tokens.
