What is a Product & Topic Tracker?

Product & Topic Tracker follows specific themes, keywords, or industries so new, relevant events surface automatically. It allows your to map both focused keyword vs. keywords to exclude from output

  • Track terms like AI, carbon markets, retail media, or your own product keywords.

  • Get granular – stack multiple terms, exclude noise, and focus on sub-topics.

  • Combine with basic filters (industry, location, date range, event type) to tighten relevance.

  • Use for content planning, speaking targets, and category awareness.


Steps

  1. Go to Trackers → Purpose → Topic Tracker.

  2. Enter keywords or pick industries; add excludes if needed.

  3. Add optional filters – region, event size, date window.

  4. Save and choose alert cadence (real-time, daily, weekly).


Tips

  • Start broad, then prune with excludes once you see noise.

  • Add synonyms and common misspellings to catch more signals.

  • Pair with Speaker or Ideal Audience trackers to build complete shortlists
